Broadcast resin bonded stone installation process
The Following is a description of the broadcast resin bonded stone installation process.

After the base has been properly cleaned and prepared prior to installation, the Approachways fitting team carefully put protective tape onto any edgings to stop splashing of the resin. The bags of cleaned, dried and graded aggregate are placed at measured intervals around the perimeter of the area to be laid.
A measured quantity of hardener is added to a specified amount of resin and mixed using a paddle mixer. It is then evenly applied by squeegee onto the base.

Members of the Approachways fitting crew then follow behind the crew member applying the resin and throw the aggregate onto the resin evenly ensuring complete coverage.

This continues until the total area has been resurfaced.

After the resin has fully set, the protective tape can be removed, the site cleaned and all surplus stone on the area can be swept up and removed from site. Finally, the whole area can be sealed to bring out the lustre and colour of the stone.
